This post demonstrates a real planning pass using the Route Time, Cost & Fuel Planner. We imported route context from Google Maps, then calibrated speed, fuel efficiency, and stop margins.
Inputs Used
- Total distance (imported + validated).
- Average speed adjusted for realistic road conditions.
- Fuel price and efficiency from observed ride data.
- Break and toll assumptions.
Outcome
The plan produced a more conservative ETA and slightly higher fuel estimate, which reduced schedule and budget surprises during execution.
